Morning Update
Well I am back to 80% from flu like symptoms so I hope to take a nap and then come back with a solid Buffalo Sabres preview. Today we get the hated Flyers including diminutive traitor Danny Briere, the NHL's Mike Strahan, Chris Pronger and international (Canada & U.S.) Douchebag Ray Emery.
